The bottom of the bed can be adjusted to 3 heights depending on the age and developments of your child. In the beginning your baby can sleep in a bed with 4 closed bars. When your child gets older, one closed side can be changed with the supplied half-open side. This semi-open side acts as a bed rail and prevents your child from falling out of the bed during a turbulent night. Once the toddler is sleeping in an open bed, the half-open side can be removed. All bars can be removed during the final phase. If the bed becomes too small for your toddler, the bed can act as a cosy sofa that you will enjoy for years to come.
