70 gr of potato

Step by step recipe
- Wash the fennel carefully. Remove the fennel stalks, the two outer leaves and the base. Cut the fennel in two then in 2 again. Slice it thinly.
- Peel the potato, wash and cut into small cubes of 1cm.
- Cut the fish into small 1cm cubes.
- Place the fennel in the steamer basket.
- Put the potato in the steamer basket.
- Place the pollock in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
- Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
- Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
- Blend the bowl content.
