45 gr of cucumber
90 gr of tomato
20 gr of pepper
20 gr of onion
45 gr of mozzarella
55 gr of bread

Step by step recipe
- Boil water in a saucepan, immerse the tomatoes for 30s, remove the skin, cut them into 2 and remove the seeds.
- Peel the cucumber, wash it and cut into small 1cm cubes. Remove the seeds.
- Clean the pepper, cut open to remove the seeds and the internal white flesh and cut into fine strips.
- Peel the onion and keep only the white part, wash it and dice it.
- Toast the slice of bread.
- Place the cucumber in the blender bowl.
- Place the pepper in the blender bowl.
- Place the mozzarella in the blender bowl.
- Place the toasted bread in the blender bowl.
- Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
- Blend and add tepid water until you reach the consistency you want.
