    45 gr of cucumber

    90 gr of tomato

    20 gr of pepper

    20 gr of onion

    45 gr of mozzarella

    55 gr of bread

    ½ tsp of olive oil

Step by step recipe

  1. Boil water in a saucepan, immerse the tomatoes for 30s, remove the skin, cut them into 2 and remove the seeds.
  2. Peel the cucumber, wash it and cut into small 1cm cubes. Remove the seeds.
  3. Clean the pepper, cut open to remove the seeds and the internal white flesh and cut into fine strips.
  4. Peel the onion and keep only the white part, wash it and dice it.
  5. Toast the slice of bread.
  6. Place the cucumber in the blender bowl.
  7. Place the pepper in the blender bowl.
  8. Place the mozzarella in the blender bowl.
  9. Place the toasted bread in the blender bowl.
  10. Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
  11. Blend and add tepid water until you reach the consistency you want.
