Ingredient list
½ tsp of cumin
65 gr of leek
65 gr of cauliflower
60 gr of potato
20 gr of minced steak
½ tsp of olive oil

Step by step recipe
- Cut off the green part of the leeks and remove the hairy roots. Cut the white part into four, then into 1cm long pieces. Leave to soak a few minutes in cold water with vinegar, then rinse well.
- Remove the large leaves of the cauliflower, and the stalk. Only keep the flowers. Soak a few minutes in water with a little vinegar. Cut the flowers into small 1cm cubes.
- Peel and wash the potato, and cut into small 1cm cubes.
- Cut the minced steak into small pieces.
- Place the leeks in the steamer basket.
- Place the potatoes in the steamer basket.
- Place the cauliflower in the steamer basket.
- Place the minced steak in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
- Pour the olive oil into the blending bowl.
- Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
- Blend the bowl content.
- Place the cumin into the blending bowl.
- Blend once more the bowl content.
