135 gr of carrot
10 gr of veal
20 gr of oat flakes

Step by step recipe
- Peel the carrots, wash and cut them into 1cm cubes.
- Place the carrots in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
- Roast the oat/buckwheat flakes in a pan without fat.
- Put the flakes in the blender bowl.
- Place the veal in the blender bowl.
- Blend the bowl content.
- Melt the butter lightly in a frying pan. Fry slowly (they should not smoke) the veal / oat mixture.
- When the mixture has become crispy, place it on the carrots.
