85 gr of apple
20 gr of raisins
45 gr of wheat
30 gr of calf's liver

Step by step recipe
- Place the precooked wheat in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Peel the courgette, wash, remove the seeds and cut into 1cm cubes.
- Peel the apples, wash, cut in half and remove the pips. Cut into small 1cm cubes.
- Cut the veal liver in small pieces.
- At the end of the cooking time, remove the pasta/rice insert from the steamer basket. Discard the cooking liquid.
- Place the courgette in the steamer basket.
- Place the apple in the steamer basket.
- Place the raisins in the steamer basket.
- Place the calf's liver in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
- Place the wheat into the blender bowl.
- Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
- Add the 4 spices to the bowl.
- Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
- Blend the bowl content.
