    150 gr of winter squash

Step by step recipe

  1. Peel and wash the winter squash. Cut into small 1cm cubes after removing the seeds using a soup spoon.
  2. Place the winter squash in the steamer basket.
  3. Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
  4. Set aside the cooking juice.
  5. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  6. Add part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
  7. Blend the bowl content.
