    20 gr of lamb

    ½ tsp of olive oil

    135 gr of aubergine

    ½ onion

    30 gr of pasta

Step by step recipe

  1. Place the pasta in the pasta/rice cooker with 3 tablespoons of water.
  2. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  3. Wash the aubergine well and cut into small 1cm cubes.
  4. Peel the onion and only keep the white part. Wash and cut into small pieces.
  5. Cut the lamb into small pieces.
  6. Place the aubergine in the steamer basket.
  7. Place the lamb in the steamer basket.
  8. Place the onion in the steamer basket.
  9. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  10. Set aside the cooking juice.
  11. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  12. Place the pasta into the blending bowl.
  13. Pour the olive oil into the blending bowl.
  14. Add part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
  15. Blend the bowl content.
