½ knob of butter
35 gr of potato
½ onion
20 gr of Guinea fowl

Step by step recipe
- Peel and wash the potato, and cut into small 1cm cubes.
- Cut the guinea fowl into small 1cm cubes.
- Separate the outside leaves of the lettuce and wash them.
- Peel, chop ¼ of the white part of a white onion and put in a flavour ball.
- Place the lettuce in the steamer basket.
- Place the potato in the steamer basket.
- Place the Guinea fowl in the steamer basket.
- Place the flavour ball in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
- Add the butter to the blending bowl.
- Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
- Blend the bowl content.
