    30 gr of Comt� cheese

    85 gr of carrot

    70 gr of belgium endive

    35 gr of bulgur

Step by step recipe

  1. Put the bulgur in the pasta/rice cooker with 3 tablespoons of water.
  2. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  3. Peel and wash the carrot, and cut into fine round slices.
  4. Wash the endives, remove the bitter cone-shaped base and cut into pieces.
  5. Place the endive in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the carrot in the steamer basket.
  7. Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
  8. Set aside the cooking juice.
  9. Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
  10. Place the bulgur into the blending bowl.
  11. Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
  12. Blend the bowl content.
  13. Add the cheese in the blender bowl.
  14. Blend one more time the bowl content.
