Step by step recipe
- Put the bulgur in the pasta/rice cooker with 3 tablespoons of water.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Peel and wash the carrot, and cut into fine round slices.
- Wash the endives, remove the bitter cone-shaped base and cut into pieces.
- Place the endive in the steamer basket.
- Place the carrot in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
- Place the bulgur into the blending bowl.
- Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
- Blend the bowl content.
- Add the cheese in the blender bowl.
- Blend one more time the bowl content.
