    190 gr of pear

    35 gr of gingerbread

    ½ tsp of agar-agar

Step by step recipe

  1. Peel the pears, wash, cut in half and remove the pips. Cut into 1cm cubes.
  2. Place the pears in the steam basket.
  3. Put water in tank 2 and start cooking.
  4. Set aside the cooking juice.
  5. Dice the gingerbread into small pieces.
  6. Put the gingerbread in the blender bowl.
  7. Add the cooking juice to the bowl with 2/3 pieces of baked pear.
  8. Blend the bowl content.
  9. Mix in a saucepan the blended preparation and the agar agar. Boil for 2 minutes.
  10. Place the cooked pears in a small ramekin and top them with the preparation containing the agar agar. Chill in the refrigerator.
