75 gr of green beans
75 gr of carrot
40 gr of tapioca
20 gr of whiting
½ tsp of olive oil
2 pinch(s) of ras el-hanout

Step by step recipe
- Peel the carrots, wash them, cut them into 1cm cubes.
- Carefully wash the green beans in water with a drop of vinegar without immersing them. Head and tail the beans and cut them into 3 to 4cm pieces.
- Rub a finger over the whiting to check that there are no more fish bones and cut into small pieces.
- Place the carrots in the steamer basket.
- Place the green beans in the steamer basket.
- Place the whiting in the steamer basket.
- Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- Set aside the cooking juice.
- Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
- In a saucepan, pour ½ litre water. Pour the tapioca gently into the boiling water. Cook for about 7 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Place the tapioca into the blender bowl.
- Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
- Place the ras el-hanout in the bowl.
- Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
- Blend the bowl content.
