    75 gr of green beans

    75 gr of carrot

    40 gr of tapioca

    20 gr of whiting

    ½ tsp of olive oil

    2 pinch(s) of ras el-hanout

Step by step recipe

  1. Peel the carrots, wash them, cut them into 1cm cubes.
  2. Carefully wash the green beans in water with a drop of vinegar without immersing them. Head and tail the beans and cut them into 3 to 4cm pieces.
  3. Rub a finger over the whiting to check that there are no more fish bones and cut into small pieces.
  4. Place the carrots in the steamer basket.
  5. Place the green beans in the steamer basket.
  6. Place the whiting in the steamer basket.
  7. Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
  8. Set aside the cooking juice.
  9. Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
  10. In a saucepan, pour ½ litre water. Pour the tapioca gently into the boiling water. Cook for about 7 minutes, stirring regularly.
  11. Place the tapioca into the blender bowl.
  12. Pour the olive oil into the blender bowl.
  13. Place the ras el-hanout in the bowl.
  14. Add a part of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture.
  15. Blend the bowl content.
